Building a strong family and teacher relationship is important in providing additional support for students to succeed. Teachers and families working together increase students success in the classroom. Teachers that create a loving and trusting relationship among families help build a bond that motivated students to always do their best. As a teacher it is my responsibility to be open, listen and support parents the best that I can. Families know their child best and I believe in creating a strong foundation for a collaborative home and classroom relationship to ensure students are given the tools to grow and develop.
